Warehouse Lead Hand

Position: Warehouse Lead Hand Role at Eaton
Join Eaton in Milton, Ontario, as a Warehouse Lead Hand for the afternoon shift. This hands-on leadership role will guide daily warehouse operations while promoting safety and efficiency.

In this position, you will perform essential warehouse functions such as shipping, receiving, and inventory management. Collaborating closely with the Warehouse Supervisor, you will be key in ensuring smooth operations at Eaton's premier manufacturing site. Your leadership will motivate team members and enhance productivity through active engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage shipping, picking, and inventory in daily operations

• Operate and maintain material handling equipment safely

• Supervise manpower and daily assignments directly

• Conduct meetings to communicate productivity and safety goals

• Liaise with team to address and resolve operational challenges

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of warehouse experience necessary

• At least 2 years of leadership experience preferred

• Forklift certification with a minimum of 5 years’ experience

• Familiarity with RF technology for 3 years

• Legally eligible to work in Canada without sponsorship
