Position: Shift Supervisor for Parker Warehouse
Assume a key leadership role as a Shift Supervisor at Parker, overseeing operations during the night shift from 8:00 PM to 6:30 AM. Focus on efficient product flow and team performance.

The Shift Supervisor will handle daily warehouse operations, collaborating closely with Cell Leaders and the Warehouse Leader. With a minimum of two years of experience, you will coordinate workflow, ensure safety compliance, and support team member development through training initiatives. Your engagement with the team will foster a productive environment that aligns with Parker's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce safety standards and health policies

• Direct shift activities and staff assignments

• Communicate floor concerns to leadership

• Monitor training needs and facilitate sessions

• Contribute to improvement of warehouse processes

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED

• 2+ years of Parker Warehouse experience

• First Aid Certified or commitment to obtain

• Forklift License or intent to acquire

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
