Warehouse Lead Administrator at Lineage

Elevate warehouse operations as a Lead Administrator with Lineage, working Sunday through Thursday nights. Oversee associate assignments and ensure adherence to service, quality, and safety standards.

In this leadership role, partner with Operations Leadership to coordinate the warehouse's night shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. You’ll be essential in directing tasks, handling paperwork, and coaching team members. This position involves daily shipping coordination and accurate data management, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and assign tasks to warehouse associates

• Process inbound and outbound paperwork efficiently

• Coach and train team members regularly

• Maintain accurate inventory and supplier information

• Audit driver logs and inspect shipments for compliance

Requirements:

• 3 years of experience in warehouse logistics

• Administrative experience is essential

• Ability to operate material handling equipment

• Comfort working in low-temperature environments

• Must lift at least 50 lbs/18 kgs regularly
