Take charge of warehouse operations with Lineage Logistics as a Warehouse Lead Admin. Oversee daily activities, coaching associates and ensuring customer service and quality standards are met.
This role involves planning and directing warehouse associates daily, ensuring efficient order processing and seamless shipping and receiving documentation. With at least three years of warehouse or logistics experience, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining accuracy in inventory management, in addition to coaching and guiding your team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and assign tasks for warehouse associates
• Process inbound and outbound shipping paperwork
• Provide coaching and training to team members
• Maintain and audit driver logs and reports
• Ensure compliance in inbound/outbound shipments
Requirements:
• 3 years of experience in warehouse or logistics
• Administrative experience required
• Proficient with Material handling equipment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs./18 kgs.
• Willingness to work in cold temperatures
Lead operations efficiently and ensure safety and productivity at Lineage.
