Lead receiving and inbound operations at McKesson’s on-site distribution center, using warehouse leadership and KPI monitoring to support healthcare product flow.
As Operations Supervisor, you will provide hands-on leadership for daily distribution center activities. You will plan work, assign labour, coach employees, and partner across warehouse functions. The role emphasizes safety, quality, service, productivity, cost, and accurate product handling.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise employees across receiving and inbound operations
- Plan daily activities and adjust labour resources
- Oversee unloading, inspection, staging, and receiving accuracy
- Monitor KPIs and address operational barriers
- Coordinate efficient site-wide product flow
- Three or more years of relevant operational experience
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities in distribution or logistics
- Experience receiving, shipping, inventory control, or material handling
- Warehouse KPI and productivity monitoring experience
- Ability to work on-site and adjust assigned shifts
