Talent Acquisition Coordinator - Temp

At Uline, our people make the difference! As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for job candidates and new hires. Guide them through the hiring process and set them up for success - all while delivering an outstanding experience!

This is a temporary position.

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM

• Contact candidates to schedule interviews, answer candidate questions and assist new hires with onboarding documents.

• Conduct candidate pre‑employment assessments and maintain accurate candidate records.

• Communicate candidate details to interview teams, including management.

• Manage HR email inbox inquiries and follow‑ups as needed.

• Assist with and conduct applicant interviews.

• Provide administrative support, assist with projects and complete weekly recruiting summaries.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field.

• 2+ years of Candidate Scheduling and HR or relevant administrative experience.

• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday) and Microsoft Office.
