Acelero Learning is seeking a dynamic Vice President to spearhead the opening and oversight of a new delegate within our growing Acelero Learning network, located in Delaware. This role offers a rare and exciting opportunity to shape the vision, structure, and operations of Head Start and Early Head Start programs from the ground up.

As Vice President of Head Start Operations in Delaware, you will lead a delegate site serving children and families from birth to age five. This includes:

• Establishing all aspects of program operations, staffing, and systems from the ground up
• Leading a growing team expected to exceed 150 staff and serve over 400 children
• Ensuring full regulatory compliance and alignment with Head Start Performance Standards
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with local, state, and regional stakeholders
• Driving performance, innovation, and impact while creating a culture of excellence
• Collaborating with cross-functional support teams across the Acelero Learning network

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s preferred (ideally in business, education, or related field)
• At least 5 years of senior leadership experience in a complex, multi-site organization
• Experience with Head Start or similar family-centered programming is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated experience building or significantly scaling programs
• Strong background in compliance, staff leadership, and operational execution
• Ability to develop and lead high-performing teams

  Acelero Learning Delaware HQ Office. Travel required up to 30%.
• How Much:
  The salary range for this position is $135,000 – $153,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications
