The Boston Beer Company is offering a 6-month Co‑op in Sensory Production at our Milton Brewery. Based onsite, you’ll join a cross‑functional team to support sensory evaluation programs, quality, and continuous improvement while gaining hands‑on experience in sensory science, lab operations, data analysis, and product quality.
The program runs January 4, 2027 through June 25, 2027. You’ll work five days per week onsite and receive mentorship from the Sensory Scientist and Production Sensory team.
