We are currently hiring a full-time Experience Guide at the Dogfish Head Brewery and Tasting Room in Milton, DE
The Experience Guide provides the ultimate Dogfish Head Brewery experience to visiting guests. Tell the finest of tales of all things Dogfish Head while ensuring a safe, memorable, and factually accurate campus tour.
What You’ll Brew:- Tell the Dogfish Head story (past, present, future) with accuracy and passion
- Educate guests on DFH culture, brewing/distilling processes, and ingredients
- Cross‑promote DFH special events, Rehoboth locations, Dogfish INN, and merchandise
- Check for valid , book tours, provide tasting cards, and answer all general inquiries
- Prepare and serve beer, kegged cocktails, and other specialty drinks from the bar
- Cover the retail shop and kitchen register as needed
- Support bar operations as needed: changing kegs, filling growlers, cleaning draft equipment
- Adhere to all required safety and sanitation initiatives; complete all checklists within prescribed time frames
- Maintain certification in ABC server training and follow all DE state liquor laws and pour‑size rules
- Complete prescribed side work during every working shift
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Previous experience with cash handling/POS systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, sometimes repeatedly
- Regular walking and standing for long periods of time on concrete, metal and grated surfaces
- Established dexterity to:
- Interface with computer systems with precision
- Pour, pick up a glass, deliver beverages to customers
- Handle kitchen and service equipment

PayIn accordance with pay transparency laws the pay rate for this role if hired is $17.00 per hour.
