Lawson Home Services is looking for highly motivated in-home sales professionals who are passionate about helping homeowners live in greener, healthier, and more energy-efficient homes.
We are the authorized Dr. Energy Saver dealer for Delaware and the Eastern Shore of Maryland, specializing in whole-home energy solutions—from attic to basement. With a solid reputation, industry-leading training, and company-provided leads, we offer a rewarding sales opportunity for the right individual.

What You’ll Do:
- Run in-home sales appointments with pre-set leads
- Educate homeowners on energy-efficient solutions and improvements
- Build trust and rapport through consultative selling techniques
- Present proposals using laptop-based presentation tools
- Follow a proven sales process from initial contact to contract signing
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure smooth project execution
What We’re Looking For:
- A charismatic communicator who thrives on interaction with others
- Proven success in home improvement sales (e.g., windows, insulation, roofing, HVAC, remodeling, etc.)
- Ability to close deals without high-pressure tactics
- Strong organization, follow-up, and time management skills
- Basic computer proficiency (CRM, email, presentation tools, etc.)
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within our service area
- A self-starter who connects with our core values
