This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Engineer located in several markets. The Chief Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining all technical operations, including installation, maintenance, and repair of broadcast equipment. Daily tasks include ensuring broadcast operations comply with FCC regulations, managing the technical staff, troubleshooting technical issues, and maintaining technical infrastructure to prevent disruptions. The Chief Engineer will also liaise with management to support the technical needs of all projects and initiatives.

• Experience with broadcast equipment installation and maintenance
• Technical skills in troubleshooting and repair of broadcast systems
• Knowledge of FCC regulations and compliance
• Ability to manage a technical team and coordinate various projects
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with IT and networking systems is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Broadcast Technology, or related field
• Emergency broadcast experience is beneficial
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
