The pay for this role is $21.31 per hour.

Dedicated to enhancing lives in a universal service retail environment with cross-functional responsibilities in both a teller and foundational member service capacity. Consistently uncovers members' needs, offers appropriate solutions, and provides accurate resolution to members' inquiries and concerns.

• Processes a wide variety of financial transactions including but not limited to deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and check cashing.
• Uncovers existing and potential members' needs and recommends solutions to improve their financial well‑being using a sales‑through‑service consultative approach. Conducts basic member service and loan functions such as consumer accounts, disputes, account maintenance and unsecured loans or transitions members to the appropriate next level teammate who can assist with more advanced products or services, such as collateralized loans or business accounts.
• Proactively educates members on emerging and existing self‑serve technology and digital solutions such as mobile/online banking, bill pay, remote deposit capture and ITM services.
• Ensures appropriate records are maintained and required reports are prepared. Performs branch-specific functions as needed, including but not limited to end of day balancing and night drop.
• Recognizes referral opportunities and refers members to internal business partners for specialized services including investments, mortgage, or commercial lending.
