Machine Operators

Now hiring experienced Machine Operators to operate our Screening/Stranding Machines in Milton, FL. Must have the willingness to learn the company's process. Previous experience as a Machine Operator is required, but it does not have to be on this specific machinery. Any experience with wire drawing or spool reels is a plus.

• Safely operate Screening and/or Stranding machines that are used in our cable manufacturing facility.
• Read/interpret/understand blueprints and/or drawings (including symbols, material type, and material shape).
• Setting up the screening and/or stranding machines independently from a selection of tooling options: set-up, pay-off, take-up; setting running parameters; consistently monitor the QUALITY of product.
• Familiar with using/operating electronic screens for controlling the screening or stranding process (Human Machine Interface).
• Good mechanical skills with the ability to handle and move heavy reels of products.
• Must maintain a consistent log of production AND quality per company systems & standards.
• Maintain safe operations by adhering to company safety procedures and policies.

• At least 1 year as a manufacturing Machine Operator (or as a CNC Operator) is preferred but NOT required.
• At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing/machining environment is preferred but NOT required.

• High school Diploma (or equivalent) is preferred but NOT required.

• Must complete a pre-employment background check (having something on your record does NOT eliminate you from this position, we take everything on an individual "case-by-case" basis).
• Must be able to pass a drug test.
• Must have Steel-toed boots.
• Must have reliable transportation to Milton FL.

Position starts at: $15/hr. — $18/hr. — Depending on level of Experience (with the opportunity to increase over-time)

Full-Time — All shifts are 12-hr's. Currently Hiring for NIGHT Shift. Day Shift = 7:30am - 7:30pm
Night Shift = 7:30pm - 7:30am
Expect to work 40-60 hours per week
