The Material Planner supports operations at our Florida Facility. This role is critical in ensuring the timely planning, replenishment, and availability of spare parts and equipment necessary to maintain aircraft and repair components within the facility.

• Plan, order, and replenish materials required to support maintenance and repair activities at the Florida Hangar.
• Review and adjust work orders to ensure accuracy in material types and quantities.
• Collaborate with the Philadelphia Distribution Centers to monitor and track the delivery of all required components.
• Ensure alignment between planning needs and operational demands to avoid shortages or delays.
• Identify and resolve any discrepancies in material requirements or supply issues.
• Order and expedite all materials and equipment needed to support North and South American Fleet, MRO shop and other internal customers.
• Review target stock level and shortages on a continues basis using SAP system. Monitor and assure the accuracy of the work order and bill of materials.
• Assist and resolve inventory discrepancies through problem‑solving methodologies with cross‑functional team. Track and communicate to cross‑functional teams’ material status and availability.
• Participate in process improvements, system change testing and validation as required.
• Perform other duties and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.

• BS degree or equivalent work experience.

• Requires a minimum of 3 years, directly related experience in areas of material planning, forecasting and procurement.
• Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Operational knowledge of SAP and Planning Software (Blue Yonder).
• Used to work in a multi‑cultural environment, strong communication skill.

• APICS certification is a plus.
• SAP / APO certification.
