• Collecting patient/resident data, making observations, and reporting pertinent information
• Implementing the patient/resident plan of care and evaluating responses, according to state regulations
• Directing and supervising caregiving staff in selected situations, as permitted by regulations
• Maintaining knowledge of documentation requirements
• Maintaining knowledge of equipment setup, maintenance, and use, e.g., monitors, infusion devices, drain devices
• Maintaining confidentiality and patient/resident rights regarding all information

• LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) license issued by the State
• CPR Certification required
• Two years of prior nursing experience preferred
