Retail Store Associates play a meaningful role within the CVS Health family, shaping the future of healthcare for people, businesses, and communities. In this customer‑focused position, you will work independently and as part of a team to positively impact the lives of others, one customer at a time.

• Providing differentiated customer service by anticipating needs, demonstrating compassion, and actively identifying and resolving service issues.
• Greeting customers warmly, maintaining eye contact, and offering help locating items.
• Accurately performing cashier duties—handling cash, checks, and credit cards with precision while following company policies.
• Maintaining the sales floor by restocking shelves, updating pricing, and completing inventory tasks as directed by the store manager.
• Supporting opening and closing store activities as needed.
• Assisting all departments (photo, beauty, pharmacy, etc.) to stay fully stocked and operational.
• Assisting pharmacy personnel during regular shifts, with opportunities for growth.
• Advocating for new CVS services and loyalty programs, supporting our purpose of helping people on their path to better health.

• Remaining upright on feet for sustained periods.
• Lifting up to 35 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently.
• Having close visual acuity for tasks such as viewing computer terminals and reading small details.

• Previous experience in a retail or customer service setting.

High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred but not required.

Pay Range: $15.00–$18.00 per hour (base hourly rate for the job grade). The actual base salary will vary based on experience, education, geography, and other factors.
