Storm Sales Manager

Milton, FL | Temporary, Full-Time | Opportunity to Extend

Base salary: $50,000-$60,000 per year, prorated for the contract term, plus ability to earn commissions on individual sales (OTE expected to be ~$125,000+)

Ridge Valley Exteriors is a Florida-based national roofing contractor with more than 17 years of experience. As communities face potential tropical storm and hurricane damage, we’re prepared to respond with established distribution and labor networks, material resources, and the backing of Stone grove Roofing Partners.

We’re seeking an experienced Storm Sales Manager to lead our team in Milton, FL. In this hands‑on role, you’ll coach sales representatives, help homeowners assess damage and understand their options, and keep restoration projects moving. This is a six-month position with the ability to extend as storm recovery needs develop.

• Lead, coach, and support sales representatives working storm‑related roofing and exterior opportunities.
• Work alongside newer and lower‑performing representatives to help them improve and close projects.
• Monitor sales activity, follow‑up, monthly revenue, and team performance.
• Help maintain a consistent customer experience, from the initial conversation through the sales handoff.
• Share field feedback and staffing needs with leadership as the storm operation develops.

• Experience leading a roofing, exterior, restoration, or storm sales team.
• A track record of coaching representatives and helping close sales in the field.
• Strong communication, organization, and follow‑up skills.
• Availability to work in the Milton, FL area for the six-month contract term.
