• Safely drive a refuse truck along pre‑established routes, collecting garbage and recyclables.
• Operate compaction and lift equipment on roll‑off, side, front, and rear‑loading trucks.
• Perform daily pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections, maintain a clean truck, and submit required reports.
• Assist on special routes, attend community events, and support other team members as needed.

• Class A or B CDL valid for the state of operation; safe driving record.
• At least 2 years of waste industry driving experience within the past 7 years.
• Minimum age 21 years.
• Ability to read, speak, and write clear English; comply with DOT and state regulations.
• Physical ability to lift, move heavy bins, and operate truck controls.

• Attend company training courses as assigned.
• Keep up to date with current technology and job‑appropriate tools.
