Overview

CDL-A - Regional Van Truckload truck driver s role involves regional driving with a focus on predictable power lanes and high freight volume.

• Drive within the Eastern 37 states.
• Operate in a environment with 95% no-touch, mostly drop-and-hook freight.
• Be dispatched in advance to enable improved planning and maximize driving time.

• Average pay: $1,020-$1,250 weekly.
• Schedule:
  
  FULLTIME.
• Sign-On Bonus: $3,000 (experienced drivers) or $1,500 (inexperienced drivers), paid over 12 monthly payments in the first year.
• Paid orientation and paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year.
• Annual bonus:
  Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay.
• Medical, dental and vision insurance; 401(k) with company match.

• Weekly performance pay and mileage incentive; potential $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles and goals.
• Referral bonuses; tuition reimbursement ($200/month up to $7,000) for qualified drivers.
