The purpose of the Finisher role is to deliver a clean vehicle in accordance with our established processes and procedures.

• Clean vehicles according to the finishing process, adhering to established procedures.
• Perform duties swiftly and accurately, ensuring timely processing of vehicles.
• Maintain the finishing area in a clean and debris-free condition to enhance customer experience and safety.
• Increase customer satisfaction by recording a higher number of smiles and providing friendly interactions.
• Reduce the number of customer complaints by consistently delivering high-quality results.

• Previous experience in a car wash or detailing environment preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and precision.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, kneeling, and lifting.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with other team members.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
• Willingness to adhere to safety protocols and follow established procedures for equipment operation and maintenance.
