Construction Superintendent - Atlanta / Multifamily

Base pay range: $/yr - $/yr.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee ground‑up multifamily construction projects in Atlanta and the surrounding areas. The role requires strong leadership, coordination with subcontractors, and a commitment to maintaining a safe and efficient job site.

• Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion.
• Review and analyze project specifications, ensuring all requirements and objectives are met.
• Coordinate and supervise a team of construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring tasks are completed correctly and on time.
• Plan and manage construction schedules, adjusting as needed to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques.
• Identify and resolve any potential issues or delays that could impact project timelines or budgets.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Ensure all safety and compliance measures are met at all times.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to stakeholders.
• Manage and mitigate project risks, ensuring smooth and efficient project execution.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role.
• Proven experience in ground‑up construction, apartments, multifamily units, and wood‑frame construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, equipment, and OSHA guidelines.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction management software.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field is preferred.
• Valid certification in construction safety and a valid driver's license.
