California Hand Wash is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining the highest standards of safety and professionalism.

Position Overview

As Greeter/Cashier, your role is to warmly greet members and customers, ensure the Food & Beverage center remains stocked and ready, continuously monitor restrooms to ensure they are clean and ready after each use, answer calls and provide information about our services. Additionally, you will handle payment transactions efficiently and ensure a positive experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome customers as they arrive in the lobby with a friendly and positive attitude.
  • Answer customer inquiries regarding services and memberships.
  • Operate the cash register or point-of-sale system to process payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Keep the cashier station clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service delivery.
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and elevate issues to management when necessary.
  • Maintain knowledge of company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cash register reconciliation and preparation and cleanup of food and beverage center.
  • Assist with light cleaning duties as needed to maintain the cleanliness of the lobby and guest restrooms.

  • Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills for processing payments and using point-of-sale systems.

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform light cleaning tasks.
  • Willingness to adhere to dress code and maintain a professional appearance.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to a positive team environment.
