Responsibilities- Initiate and manage the overall marketing process, leveraging your technical understanding of industries and coverage.
- Develop and build upon relationships with carriers, demonstrating effective negotiation and strong placement skills.
- Manage day‑to‑day client relationships, providing a high level of service and responsiveness to client needs.
- Coordinate with Producers to manage expectations and work toward accomplishing production, retention, growth, and client service goals.
- Coordinate and produce insurance proposals, stewardship reports, analytics/benchmarking, market commentary, and other client deliverables.
- Assist Producers on calls and client meetings, and independently conduct sales calls and presentations as needed.
- Quantify client exposures and claim data to provide appropriate loss analysis, stratification, and analytical output for clients.
- 7–10 years of commercial property and casualty insurance brokerage or agency experience in marketing, consulting, and risk management.
- High School Graduate. College degree is preferred but not required.
- CPCU, CIC, or ARM Designations preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with an attention to detail and accuracy.
- Extensive computer skills, excellent communication skills, effective presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead others, problem solve, multi‑task, and work with different personalities.
- Strong customer loyalty, self‑motivated, high level of professionalism, ability to anticipate client needs.
- Extensive knowledge of how insurance products are utilized and administered.
- Extensive knowledge of markets and marketing techniques.
- Proficiency with agency management software (Sagitta, Image Right).

As a Business Insurance Client Executive, your day will be filled with a variety of tasks. From initiating and managing marketing processes to coordinating with Producers and Account Managers, your role is vital in ensuring client satisfaction. You will use your extensive knowledge of insurance products, markets, and marketing techniques to provide high‑quality service to our clients. You will also be responsible for producing a range of client deliverables, including insurance proposals and stewardship reports.
Your day will involve quantifying client exposures and claim data to provide appropriate loss analysis. With your excellent communication and negotiation skills, you will build and maintain strong relationships with carriers and clients. Your ability to anticipate client needs and provide timely solutions will be key to your success in this role.
