We are currently looking to hire a Public Works Laborer, this position will support a wide range of construction and maintenance tasks, with a strong emphasis on concrete work. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on concrete finishing or forming experience who is also willing to assist with other public works duties.

• Perform general labor duties on public works projects including site prep, cleanup, and equipment use.
• Assist with concrete placement, forming, finishing, and repair for sidewalks, curbs, gutters, and related structures.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely and effectively.
• Support crew leads and foremen with day‑to‑day project tasks.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
• Work effectively as part of a team to meet deadlines and maintain productivity.

• Previous concrete experience required (finishing, forming, or placement).
• 1+ years of construction or public works labor preferred.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in outdoor environments.
• Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
• Strong work ethic, dependability, and ability to follow instructions.
