Salary Range: $22.00 To $26.00 Hourly

Pay: $22-26 per hour

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Technician to join our team. As a facilities technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, upkeep and misc. repairs around the private golf club.

• perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspecting, cleaning, and repairing misc items around the club house. Change light bulbs, repair doors, handyman work etc.

• conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or areas in need of repair
• Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner and prioritize tasks accordingly
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a related handyman field
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
