Job Overview

TA Dedicated is hiring CDL-A Solo and Team Flex Drivers to join our dedicated division. This regional position involves delivering aftermarket automotive parts to dealerships. Flex drivers play a critical role by filling in when other drivers are out due to vacation, illness, or other needs. Depending on the assignment, you may run approximately 2,000 miles per week for solo routes or up to 4,000 miles per week on team runs.

This is a Monday through Friday position with consistent weekly home time.

• Deliver automotive parts to dealerships
• Operate solo or team routes (up to 4,000 miles per week on team runs)
• Maintain schedule and ensure timely deliveries
• Adhere to safety regulations and company policies

• Annual pay range: $78,000 – $87,000
• $1,550 guaranteed weekly minimum
• $500 new hire transition bonus paid in full on second paycheck
• $3,000 referral bonus for each qualified driver referred
• $250 per day for a two‑day paid orientation
• Night shift available

• Minimum 21 years old
• 12 months of recent tractor‑trailer experience plus 3 months verifiable team experience in the last 3 years
• Must be comfortable teaming
• Proficient in tight backing maneuvers required at dealerships
• Valid CDL‑A
• DOT qualified
• Must pass a comprehensive drug test
• Satisfactory safety and employment history
