ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position located in the Quincy/Milton area. You will work collaboratively with the Physical Therapist to provide physical therapy services to patients in their homes. Strong communication skills for effective patient care management between the PT and PTA are required.
Pay rate: $35/hr + commensurate with experience.
Qualifications- Current Massachusetts Physical Therapy Assistant License in good standing.
- 2+ years of PTA experience.
- Prior homecare experience preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize and triage patients.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work within a team structure.
- Excellent organizational skills and time‑management skills.
- Ability to work independently and access resources for patients.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Availability to work full‑time, either 32 or 40 hours per week.
