This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Family Law Attorney, based in Milton, MA with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Family Law Attorney will handle day‑to‑day tasks including managing family law cases, addressing legal issues, drafting motions, and conducting depositions. The role involves providing high‑quality legal representation while maintaining sensitivity to the emotional aspects of family law matters.

• Manage family law cases.
• Address legal issues related to family and estate matters.
• Draft motions and other legal pleadings.
• Conduct depositions and other discovery work.

• Experience in Family Law and handling various legal issues.
• Experience in drafting motions and conducting depositions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and member in good standing of the Massachusetts Bar.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Commitment to client advocacy and support.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle.
