• Oversee the financial health of projects from preconstruction through delivery.
• Negotiate and execute subcontractor agreements.
• Ensure all onsite operations are conducted safely, on‑time, on‑budget, and to our quality standards.
• Regularly prepare and present communications to clients as the main point of contact.
• Build strong client/owner relationships and support business development efforts.
• Lead and inspire the professional growth and development of all team members.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing multimillion‑dollar construction projects.
• Experience working in environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Proficiency with construction technology, construction management, and BIM software (Procore, Navisworks, Blue Beam preferred).
• Projects may be located throughout the Greater Boston Area, including Milton and Worcester.
