Travel Med/Surg Telemetry RN Jobs – Night Shift Contract in Milton, Massachusetts

• Location: Milton, MA 02186 (Greater Boston area)
• Healthcare Setting: Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Float Pool
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (12/9/2025 – 3/7/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (every other weekend required)
• Hours: 36 hours per week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2,310 - $2,470
• Employment Type: Travel RN, On-Site

• Current and active Massachusetts RN license (required)
• 2-3 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications (required)
• Proficiency with Epic EMR (required)
• Ability to pass ECG/Telemetry and medication competency tests during orientation
• Experience with ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-STEMI care
• CCRN certification preferred
• Must reside at least 50 miles from the facility (no local travelers)
• No time off will be considered for this contract

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications and manage IV drips, including vasoactive and sedative agents
• Perform ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Recognize and manage cardiac dysrhythmias and provide post-STEMI care
• Accurately document all care and interventions in Epic EMR
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float within the Med/Surg Telemetry pool as needed
