ICU Registered Nurse (RN) – Travel Nursing Job in Milton, Massachusetts (13-Week Assignment)

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced critical care nurses seeking travel nursing jobs in Massachusetts. Join our healthcare team and provide exceptional patient care in a supportive Intensive Care Unit while enjoying the vibrant Greater Boston area.

• Assignment Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/9/2025 – End: 3/7/2026)
• Healthcare Setting: Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
• Shift: 12-hour nights; every other weekend required
• Hours: 36 hours per week (72 hours biweekly guaranteed)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2310 - $2470
• Employment Type: Travel Nursing Contract
• Location: Milton, Massachusetts 02186 (Greater Boston area)

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts (temporary or permanent; can apply at time of offer)
• 2-3 years of recent ICU nursing experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Ability to pass ECG/Telemetry and medication competency tests at orientation
• Proficient in ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-STEMI care
• CCRN certification preferred
• Willingness to float to PACU, step-down, and Emergency Department (ED) for holding patients
• Must reside more than 50 miles from facility (no local travelers)
• No time off will be considered during this contract

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor and manage complex patient conditions, including ventilator and vasoactive medication management
• Perform hemodynamic monitoring and respond to cardiac dysrhythmias
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Float to PACU, step-down, and ED as needed for patient care support
• Accurately document all care provided using Epic EMR
• Participate in ongoing education and successfully complete required competency assessments
