• Location: Milton, Massachusetts (02186) – Greater Boston healthcare jobs
• Unit: Float Pool – Medical Surgical Telemetry
• Contract Length: 13 weeks (Start: 12/9/2025, End: 3/7/2026)
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (every other weekend required)
• Hours: 36 hours per week (guaranteed 72 hours biweekly)
• Estimated Weekly Salary: $2310 - $2470
• Employment Type: Travel RN contract
• Interview: No interview required for this nursing job

• Active Massachusetts RN license required
• 2-3 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience in U.S. healthcare settings
• BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA required)
• Epic EMR experience required
• Must pass ECG/Telemetry and medication tests during orientation
• Proficient in ventilator management, vasoactive and sedation titration, hemodynamic monitoring, cardiac dysrhythmia recognition and management, and post-STEMI care
• CCRN certification preferred
• No local travelers (must live more than 50 miles from facility)
• No time off will be considered during the contract

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in the Med/Surg Telemetry Float Pool
• Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms, responding promptly to patient condition changes
• Administer medications and manage IV drips, including vasoactive and sedative agents
• Perform ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Accurately document all patient care activities in Epic EMR
• Participate in orientation and ongoing clinical education as required
