- Performing aseptic cell culture, flow cytometry, and molecular assays
- Testing development samples on a routine basis to support process/formulation activities
- Documenting work and analyzing experimental results
- Reporting results out to project lead accurately and on time
- Support general lab maintenance including restocking and ordering supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Cell therapy, Mammalian cell culture, Flow cytometry
- CMC, QC, batch record, Cell therapy, qpcr/ddcpr, mRNA
- 1 year of hands‑on experience with adherent mammalian cell culture
- 1 year of hands‑on experience with flow cytometry
- Be able to follow established techniques/SOPs in aseptic cell culture, cell and molecular biology to generate and analyze data in an accurate and reproducible manner.
- Capable of maintaining accurate records in electronic laboratory notebooks or paper forms/SOPs, appropriate databases, and inventories in a timely manner.
Experience:
- Cellular therapy laboratory experience
- Experience in mRNA/DNA extraction and qRT-PCR/ddPCR
- Experience with ELISA
- Experience with pluripotent stem cells
- Experience with Good Documentation Practices
