The Milton Town School District is seeking a dynamic, adaptable, and energetic fulltime Substitute to cover daily teacher absences across our elementary and middle schools.

This position offers fulltime hours, a consistent school schedule, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across diverse grade levels (PreK-8). You will play a crucial role in maintaining instructional continuity, fostering a positive classroom culture, and supporting students throughout their learning day.

Instructional Delivery:
Implement lesson plans provided by classroom teachers across various subjects and grade levels with enthusiasm and clarity.

Classroom Management:
Establish and maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment consistent with district expectations and school-wide behavior systems.

Student Support:
Adapt teaching approaches to meet the diverse academic, social, and emotional needs of elementary and middle school students.

Collaboration:

Work effectively alongside grade-level teams, education support personnel, and school administration.

Flexibility:
Adapt comfortably to changing daily assignments, transitioning smoothly between elementary and middle school settings as needed.
