The Sales Support Manager is a key leadership role responsible for managing and developing a multidisciplinary team of Project Engineers and Application Engineers. This end‑to‑end role ensures the seamless execution of technically complex projects and the delivery of tailored solutions to customers in the injection molding industry.

$146,000 – $160,000

• Lead, coach and develop the Sales Support Team for the Americas, including people and process development
• Allocate resources effectively across projects and applications, ensuring optimal team utilization
• Promote collaborative work with Sales, Production Engineering, Product Development, Operations, Quality and Service Teams
• Foster a true customer‑centric culture and passion for excellence
• Align processes globally to support local needs
• Establish goals, objectives, and target deadlines that align with Husky’s strategy
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and technical proposals
• Support work‑force planning and identify capacity or capability gaps; define strategies to overcome those gaps
• Provide deep technical guidance to the Application Engineering team so that they can develop optimal customer‑specific solutions
• Support Sales in complex opportunities to develop and value sell Husky solutions
• Mitigate risk on high‑exposure projects, reducing Husky warranty exposure

• Technical degree and several years of relevant experience
• Understanding of plastic injection molding technology, including design and manufacturing
• Related experience in a customer‑interaction function
• Demonstrated people development and process improvement abilities
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Excellent organizational skills
• Decisiveness, reliability, mental toughness, self‑motivation and energy
• Proven customer relationship skills
• Fluent in English
• Portuguese and/or Spanish skills considered an asset
