TM United States manufacturing facility is located in Milton, Vermont on a large, beautiful campus located just 30 minutes north of downtown Burlington, Vermont. • Lead, coach and develop the HRC Sales Support Team for Americas, including people and processes development.
• Allocate resources effectively across projects and applications, ensuring optimal team utilization.
• Promote collaborative work with the Sales, Production Engineering, Product Development, Operations, Quality and Service Teams.
• Nourish a true customer centric culture and passion for excellence.
• Align processes globally supporting the local needs.
• Establish goals, objectives, and target deadlines for team that align with Husky’s strategy.
• Drive continuous improvement across project delivery and technical proposals.
• Support development of workforce planning and identify capacity or capability gaps. Define strategies to overcome those gaps.
• Provide deep technical guidance to the Application Engineering team so that they can develop optimal customer‑specific solutions.
• Support Sales in complex opportunities in order to develop and value sell Husky solutions.
• Mitigate risk on projects with high exposure, reducing Husky warranty exposure.

• Technical degree and several years of relevant experience.
• Understanding of plastic injection molding technology including design and manufacturing.
• Related experience in functions that required customer interaction.
• Demonstrated people development and process improvement abilities.
• Very strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Demonstrates decisiveness, reliability, mental toughness, self‑motivation and energy.
• Proven customer relationship skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Portuguese and/or Spanish skills considered an asset.
