Monday – Friday, 9:00AM to 5:00PM

Salary Range: $23 - $26 per hour

In this role you will be responsible for the mechanical and electrical assembly of hot runner controllers in a manufacturing production environment, to ensure 100% quality and on-time delivery.

• Perform the duties required in each stage of building a hot runner controller including electrical and mechanical assembly.
• Conduct system electrical testing under full power.
• Operate heavy equipment (forklift and crane) in a safe manner.
• Understand and follow all health and safety procedures, including safe operation of equipment.
• Record quality information, e.g. quality sheets, check lists, etc.
• Participate in team meetings; provide input and ideas for improving.
• Share cross-training and provide direction to employees including on-the-job training.

• Experience working in a manufacturing/ production environment required.
• Prior experience with electrical assembly.
• Initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Good understanding of blueprint symbols and all drawings of complex parts, including electrical schematics and simple assembly drawings.
• Good understanding of the basic principles of electricity.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.
• Lift a minimum of 35 pounds.
• Constant attention to detail with frequent hand repetitions.
