$23 – $26 per hour

• Set up and maintain tooling in peak condition.
• Understand specifications and desired results by reading mechanical drawings.
• Translate instructions into computer commands for CNC machines.
• Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines.
• Supervise the machine during operation and make necessary adjustments.
• Inspect and measure finished products, comparing them with requirements.
• Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• Document and communicate actions taken or needed to maintain continuity among shifts.

• High school diploma or equivalency required.
• Solid mechanical aptitude.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings preferred.
• Ability to operate under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize according to requirements.
• Basic technical English proficiency.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts if required.
• 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 lbs.
