The facility is a 200,000 square‑foot machine shop located on a 700‑acre campus just 30 minutes north of downtown Burlington, Vermont. $23 – $26 per hour

- Set up and maintain tooling in peak condition.
- Understand specifications and desired results by reading mechanical drawings.
- Translate instructions into computer commands for CNC machines.
- Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto machines.
- Supervise the machine during operation and make necessary adjustments.
- Inspect and measure finished products, comparing them with requirements.
- Maintain equipment by completing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting malfunctions.
- Document and communicate actions taken or needed to maintain continuity among shifts.
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- Solid mechanical aptitude.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience reading and interpreting mechanical drawings preferred.
- Ability to operate under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong problem‑solving skills.
- Attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize according to requirements.
- Basic technical English proficiency.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts if required.
- 1–2 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to lift 40 lbs.
