Overview
- Manage full-cycle accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, and month-end close.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and ensure accuracy of general ledger accounts.
- Support cash management, including tracking inflows/outflows and reconciling bank accounts.
- Oversee property-level accounting for leases, tenant billings, revenue recognition, and operating expenses.
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for multiple parking and real estate locations.
- Partner with operations to review location-level financial results and provide insights on profitability.
- Maintain compliance with corporate policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare documentation and provide support for external audits and tax filings.
- Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy of accounting workflows.
- 2+ years' of professional accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
- CPA preferred, not required
- Mid-Senior level
- Full-time
