• Be a trusted member of the engagement team, developing client relationships and identifying solutions to complex accounting challenges.
• Plan, supervise, and execute audit engagement activities, including substantive testing of financial statements.
• Assess internal control deficiencies, recommend improvements, and communicate findings effectively to management.
• Collaborate with the Manager and Partner on business recommendations derived from audit procedures.
• Participate in continuous learning and development programs, and mentor junior team members.
• Network internally and with clients to strengthen relationships and support firm growth.
• Contribute to a positive work culture through participation in team outings and social activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or an equivalent undergraduate degree with sufficient CPA exam coursework.
• CPA preferred or actively pursuing CPA certification.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial statement auditing within a public accounting firm.
• Experience in Real Estate & Construction a plus.
• Strong skills in time management, communication, relationship building, collaboration, and problem solving.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, organizational, and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship preferred.

Senior level – Mid-Senior. Full-time.
