• Process student enrollment contracts, registrations, and billing using Quick Books
• Reconcile monthly billing records and bank accounts
• Post online payments, manage customer accounts, and prepare statements
• Handle professional collections and support audit and tax schedules
• Process biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
  , including W-2s and 1095s

• Strong proficiency with Quick Books and automated accounting systems
• Payroll processing experience (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
• Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
• Professional communication skills and comfort working in a school environment

This position offers a firm salary range of $65,000–$75,000 annually, along with health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.
