Base pay range$65,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

- Process student enrollment contracts, registrations, and billing using Quick Books
- Reconcile monthly billing records and bank accounts
- Post online payments, manage customer accounts, and prepare statements
- Handle professional collections and support audit and tax schedules
- Process biweekly payroll using ADP Workforce Now
, including W-2s and 1095s
- Strong proficiency with Quick Books and automated accounting systems
- Payroll processing experience (ADP Workforce Now preferred)
- Proficiency with Excel, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Professional communication skills and comfort working in a school environment
This position offers a firm salary range of $65,000–$75,000 annually, along with health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance, a retirement plan, and paid time off.
