Senior Accountant at Will Customized Products

We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented senior accountant to join our team and support our day‑to‑day accounting operations. This is a highly visible, hands‑on role that works closely with the VP of Finance and provides key support across financial operations and administrative areas. You’ll play a vital part in keeping our accounting function running smoothly, allowing leadership to focus on strategic initiatives and business growth.

Position is 100% on‑site at our Milwaukee office.

• Perform bank reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, and month‑end journal entries
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely processing
• Assist with the month‑end close process and preparation of financial schedules
• Build and maintain standard reporting tools to support business decision‑making
• Provide audit and administrative support to the VP of Finance and President as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Recommend and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including operations, HR, and procurement

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• 35 years of hands‑on accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and accounting operations
• Proficiency in accounting systems and advanced Microsoft Excel (Power BI is a plus)
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with executive leadership
