The firm is adding to its tax team due to staff transitions and ongoing growth. This position will work heavily on individual and business tax returns
, supporting a diverse mix of clients including high-net-worth individuals, multi-entity business owners, and small to mid‑sized businesses across various industries.

Key Responsibilities- Prepare and/or review:
- Individual (1040) tax returns
- Business returns (1120, 1120S, 1065)
- Assist with tax planning and advisory support as needed
- Work directly with clients to gather information and provide updates
- Collaborate with partners and senior team members on more complex filings
- Maintain high-quality work and adhere to filing deadlines
- Participate in professional development as part of the firm’s leadership‑focused culture
- 1–3+ years of experience in public accounting (Tax Associate or Tax Senior level)
- Strong foundation in individual and business tax preparation
- Familiarity with common small business industries such as real estate, rental, manufacturing, and professional services
- Experience with CCH Axcess preferred but not required
- CPA licensed or actively pursuing the CPA credential
- Enjoys client interaction and building long‑term relationships
- Interested in mentorship, growth, and potentially future leadership opportunities
- Base salary range: $80k–$110K
, depending on experience - 8% profit sharing
