Job Title: Accounts Receivable Coordinator
Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

What You’ll Be Brewing- Ensure timely processing of daily beer invoices, distributor returns, miscellaneous billings, billing analysis report and collections.
- Identify areas for continuous improvement through technology (macros, bots, etc.) to realize savings.
- Reconcile daily cash receipts, research and apply cash payments, and assist in the collection process.
- Align with all SOX controls and perform all facets of the role within these controls.
- Respond to distributor inquiries and internal stakeholders with requested information in a timely manner according to SLA.
- Audit, analyze and distribute reports and memos as required and support additional reports and reconciliations as necessary.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including special projects.
- 2+ years in a high‑volume Accounts Receivable function within an accounting or finance department.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SAP proficiency preferred.
- Sound understanding of accounting principles and internal controls, billing procedures, AR and AP processes.
- Ability to perform account analysis and balance accounts to detect and correct posting errors.
- Excellent organizational skills – capable of completing a large volume of work accurately and on time.
- Strong written and oral communication, along with excellent customer‑service skills.

We are committed to paying people fairly and equitably for the work they do. The posted salary range for this role is $55,000.00–$60,000.00, with a target short‑term incentive and benefits that include health, dental, vision, retirement, wellness incentives, employee assistance program and paid time off (holidays, vacation days and sick days).
