Job Responsibilities- Review and approve employee expense reports in Concur to identify discrepancies and escalation as needed.
- Provide support and training to employees on Concur expense reporting.
- Process accounts payable check runs using Microsoft Great Plains.
- Verify vendor compliance and company policies to prevent unauthorized payments.
- Perform additional accounting tasks as assigned.
- Experience with Microsoft Great Plains and Concur.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and record‑keeping skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal communication and attention to detail.
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience.
- Understanding of basic accounting concepts, account reconciliation, and financial record‑keeping.
