Administrative support for alumni and special events to include, but not limited to, marketing, mailings, generating on-line registration forms, reservations, nametags, inquiries, generating various data lists and correspondence.
Manage One Cause database for Auction.
Item tracking for Auction.
Assist as point of contact for Auction committee and special event volunteers.
Assist, as needed, on event days.
Development – Annual Giving Stewardship
Assist with the implementation of a strategic donor stewardship program to ensure timely, personalized, and meaningful interactions with donors throughout the donor lifecycle.
Support the execution of donor recognition initiatives, including follow-up communications for memorial gifts, giving campaigns, recognition societies, and connecting the donors to tangible outcomes.
Maintain accurate records of stewardship.
Marketing Communications (Digital and Print)
Assist with the content creation and execution of digital and print communications that support fundraising and alumni relation efforts, including but not limited to social media, invitations, emails, event programs, videos and publications.
Support the maintenance and accuracy of the donor database, including updates, gift entry, and event registration information.
General Administration:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the Development Office as needed.
QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS:
An appreciation for and understanding of Catholic education.
Some event planning experience required.
Experience with a constituent management system required (Raisers Edge and One Cause a plus).
Administrative experience in a professional environment utilizing Microsoft products and G-Suite. Knowledge of Canva and Adobe Suite products is a plus.
Ability to communicate effectively with volunteers, donors and staff to promote development efforts.
Proofreading ability and knowledge of grammar, spelling and punctuation a must.
Very organized with great attention to detail.
Webpage management and content creation experience is a plus
SUPERVISION RECEIVED:
Supervised by the Director of Development.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT:
Ability to work nights and weekends
