St. Louis, MO; and Indianapolis, IN.
We are seeking a part-timeRecords Clerkto support our Records Department in maintaining electronic and physical files across Amundsen Davis’s Wisconsin offices. Responsibilities include filing, scanning, data entry, organizing records, preparing boxes for off-site storage, and ensuring compliance with the Firm’s Information Governance policies. The role also involves cross-office projects and collaboration with attorneys, legal staff, and administrative teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize electronic and paper records
- Coordinate transfer/recall of boxes to off-site storage
- Perform filing, scanning, data entry, and report preparation
- Index and archive files; retrieve inactive records as needed
- Support records-related projects and research
- Use Records Management software to track file locations
- Travel periodically to other offices for records support
Required Qualifications
- Experience in law firm records management helpful but not required
- Proficiency with iManage, PDF tools, and Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Physical ability to lift up to 45 lbs and use ladders
- Familiarity with clerical processes and office equipment
