We are looking for a friendly, welcoming office receptionist to join our team!
As an office receptionist for our busy home health care business, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. You will greet customers as they arrive, book appointments, and answer multiple phone calls, data entry and assignments as needed. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. You must know how to type on a keyboard.
Responsibilities- Greet guests as they arrive
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Data entry
- Coordinating appointments for the Nurse and the clients
- Submit billing
- Duties as assigned
- One or more years of office experience and data entry is required
- Previous experience as a receptionist is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Familiar with computers and scheduling software
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
