Kelly is looking for an Admin/Marketing Associate to work at a premier art gallery in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
Salary/Pay Rate: $20/hour. Part-time:
Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 11am-2pm (9 hours per week).

- Managing daily administrative tasks including scheduling, email correspondence, filing, and data entry, while reporting to the Gallery Manager.
- Maintaining digital records, inventory lists, and contact databases to ensure smooth gallery operations.
- Creating, scheduling, and managing content across various social media platforms to promote exhibitions and events.
- Have strong proficiency with computers and the ability to learn new systems quickly; experience with multiple software platforms is a must.
- Possess strong social media skills with an understanding of content creation, trends, and engagement; excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential.
- Are highly organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑motivated, with a passion for art, culture, and creative communities.
