RoleSr. Administrative Assistant in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Provide high‑level administrative support to executive leaders in the IT function. Responsibilities include discretion, independent judgment, exceptional organization, calendar and people management, written and verbal communication, SAP financial tasks, travel coordination, and expense reporting.
Responsibilities- Compile and produce complex information for reports or presentations, including charts, graphs or tables.
- Manage complex office activities, special projects, high‑level correspondence via email, phone, and mail.
- Oversee calendar management and coordinate schedules for company executives.
- Administer programs, projects, or other processes specific to the functional area.
- Manage travel arrangements and expense reports.
- Coordinate organizational events and meetings.
- Support onboarding new hires, ensuring IT equipment, corporate credit cards, and workspace allocation are arranged in collaboration with hiring managers.
- High school diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- At least 6 years of experience as an administrative assistant.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP purchase orders and Concur.
- Enjoy challenges, complete complex projects quickly with understanding of business priorities.
